everybody uses this skill because it's the best skill to use.
it gives the highest constant DPS an assassin primary can pour out, and since nothing has yet to match it, people will always continue to use it.

there you go from the pro himself

Daggers have the worst auto attacking damage of all the weapons. Even wands do better damage with req met. Speeding up the attack wont do anything. People use moebius cause it works.

Attributes:
Dagger Mastery - 11 + 1 +2
Critical Strikes - 11 + 1
Shadow Arts - 5

(Not sure if Shadow Arts can go that high. If it can go higher, or not that high, make it lesser/higher)

You can also change out [card]Flail[/card] with either [card]Flurry[/card] or [card]Frenzy[/card].....Depending on what you will be encountering.

Usage:
This build is entirely DPS and glass cannon. Glass cannon meaning deadly, but also very fragile. Empathy or Insidious Parasite will rape this build into oblivion in about 3 seconds or less.

Equipment:
Vampiric Weapon with +15% Damage (while Enchanted) and +30 HP thingy
Enough Equipment to have at least 30 or 35 energy to maintain Locust's Fury, Critical Eye, and Way of Perfection.

I surely hope nooone actually thinks this is serious. I can't. It looks like an initial attempt to make a highly defensive tank-sin. I don't this was even tested with the dummys on temple of balthasar. This CAN be run to snare attackers and keep them off softies, but nothing here ignores armor. against a 120 armor target, we're looking at what? 14 or 15 damage tops? not even counting damage reduction.

Still, best I can think of locusts fury is to make use of "event on attack" properties. in this case it's critical strike for energy and to replenish critical defenses (though it still lacks assured crits).

tehshadowninjar I empathise with you
[card]empathy[/card]

Seriously, if you consider having an orders necro with barbs/markofpain, A couple of these can do pretty mean damage. Consider a team build with heros if you intend to run with this.

Didn't we have a "tanking sin" thread that was epic fail?

Flail on a sin is bad. Flurry on a sin, reducing the damage from the already weak 7-17 damage daggers is bad, especially with no true dagger skills to amplify damage. Eles and warriors tank better than you, which is about all this build will do. You do enough damage to keep yourself alive, but you won't kill anything.

Think about how to do the assassin's job better, not about how to try to do jobs other professions will always do better.

Sad how most people shoot down a build without first trying it, or trying it against the creator. *Sighs*
